Delete your Guru Me account

You can delete your Guru Me account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Android app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open You, then the Account tab.
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, password hash, Google sign-in link), all saved conversations and messages, your assessment and your courses are deleted immediately and permanently. They disappear from our backups within 14 days. Anonymous usage counts, which are not linked to your account, are kept. Reports you sent about answers are kept without any link to you.

Can't sign in?

Send a request below from the email address on the account. We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
